They are looking for Senior Product Manager as they look to push the boundaries of what's possible as they start to transform what is possible when integrating cutting-edge AI into their communication platforms.

As the AI Senior Product Manager, you will lead the charge in developing and launching state-of-the-art AI APIs and applications. This role is perfect for an expert with a deep understanding of Machine Learning and the latest AI tools and is looking to push their knowledge boundaries.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with stakeholders to gather insights, refine product strategies, and enhance user experiences.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and drive the development of AI features and APIs.
  • Strong understanding of Cloud Technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure the impact and success of Gen AI features and APIs.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams across the organization to seamlessly integrate AI technologies into various platforms.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities for AI-driven innovation and differentiation.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and AI advancements to shape forward-thinking product roadmaps and strategies.

What You Will Bring

  • Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts, Machine Learning (ML) algorithms, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts.
  • A proven history of launching and scaling AI-driven products in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • 5+ years of product management experience, specialising in AI technologies and telecommunications solutions.
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Gen AI, APIs, SDKs, and developer tools within the telecommunications industry.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, thriving in cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities, using data-driven insights to drive strategic decisions.
