Core Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Management: Oversee cost control, monthly reporting, forecasting, and budget management. Identify risks, opportunities, and efficiencies.

  • Contract Administration: Manage the end-to-end subcontract lifecycle, from tender and documentation to interim payments and final accounts.

  • Project Liaison: Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure contract-compliant documentation and KPI achievement.

  • Change & Risk: Support the change control process and maintain accurate risk registers and contingency plans.

  • Reporting & Valuations: Prepare progress valuations, claims for completed work, and maintain registers for variations and delays.

  • Compliance: Ensure all operations align with policies, sustainability requirements, and statutory regulations.

Essential
- Relevant Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent or four years of relevant industry
experience.
-Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
- Right to Work in the UK. Proactive.


Desirable:
- Strong contract experience.
- NEC experience
- Major Project Experience
- Experience with Power BI.
- Experience in rail or infrastructure projects.
