- Conduct valuations, viewings, and negotiations across a wide range of properties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and vendors
- Hit and exceed individual targets while supporting the wider sales team
- Assist in driving new business and marketing efforts to grow market share
- Provide expert guidance to clients throughout the transaction
- Minimum 12–18 months of experience in residential sales, ideally in the London market
- Proven track record of negotiating and closing deals
- Comfortable conducting valuations and advising vendors on pricing strategies
- Target-driven, professional, and customer-focused
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Full UK driving licence (car allowance or company car provided)
- Basic Salary: £20,000 per annum
- OTE: £60 000
