A reputable and long-standing estate agency with a strong brand presence across North and East London is looking to hire a confident and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their busy Stoke Newington office.Known for its deep-rooted local connections and quality service, this office operates with a healthy level of stock and a strong reputation in the area.Key Responsibilities:
  • Take a lead role in managing the sales process from instruction to exchange
  • Conduct valuations, viewings, and negotiations across a wide range of properties
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and vendors
  • Hit and exceed individual targets while supporting the wider sales team
  • Assist in driving new business and marketing efforts to grow market share
  • Provide expert guidance to clients throughout the transaction
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12–18 months of experience in residential sales, ideally in the London market
  • Proven track record of negotiating and closing deals
  • Comfortable conducting valuations and advising vendors on pricing strategies
  • Target-driven, professional, and customer-focused
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Full UK driving licence (car allowance or company car provided)
