A premier estate agency is seeking a motivated senior sales negotiator for a challenging role in Ealing.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in residential sales and a proven track record of achieving targets.
The position offers a basic salary of up to £30,000, with on-target earnings ranging from £40,000 to £50,000.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm, with a requirement to work 1 in 3 Saturdays.

Personal specification:

• At least 5 years’ experience as a Sales Negotiator, with a track record of achieving targets• Self-motivated• Target and goal driven individual• Adaptable• Confident dealing with clients and purchasers• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Able to quickly build rapport and long-standing relationships• Empathetic with clients’ needs and a wish to offer unparalleled client care• Full UK driving licence.

The salary package for this role will include a basic of up to £30,000, plus on target earnings enabling you to earn in the region of £40,000 to £50,000.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm and you will be required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays.
