We are in search for an experienced and passionate Senior Sous Chef to join our leading Kitchen Team at Hakkasan Mayfair.

The ideal Senior Sous Chef has:

Previous relevant experience within luxury restaurants/hotels would be a distinct advantage;
Extensive experience as a Wok Chef.
Passion for cooking and exceptional service standards with attention to detail;
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team;
Ability to work under pressure and be flexible;
Good command of English and/or Mandarin Chinese with the ability to communicate confidently;
Leadership and delegation skills including the ability to train and mentor a kitchen team;
Ideally experience with ordering and stock rotation as well as menu development;
Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
