As Senior Sous Chef, you'll work alongside a talented brigade of 9, supporting the senior kitchen team to deliver exceptional food in a high-volume yet quality-focused environment. The restaurant regularly serves up to 300 covers per day during peak seasons, with a strong emphasis on lunch and events.

Stable experience in high-end or fine dining kitchens.

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 package (depending on experience)
Hours: Around 48 per week (flexibility required)
Closed Sundays & Christmas to New Year's
