Key Responsibilities:
As aSenior Sous Chefat China Tang, you will:

• Support the Head Chef in overseeing the kitchen operation and managing day-to-day service.
• Lead, train and inspire a team of chefs to deliver high-quality, authentic Chinese cuisine.
• Assist in menu planning, development, and cost control.
• Ensure consistent standards of food presentation, hygiene, and safety across all sections.
• Maintain kitchen discipline and a strong sense of teamwork.
• Take responsibility in the absence of the Head Chef.

What Were Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Senior Wok Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume Chinese kitchen.
• In-depth knowledge of Chinese (Cantonese) cuisine and traditional techniques.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Full-time availability and flexibility.
