We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Sushi Chef to join the team at Lucky Cat by Gordon Ramsay at 22 Bishopsgate.
Lucky Cat is one of five unique Gordon Ramsay Restaurant experiences at 22 Bishopsgate and Europes tallest restaurant - Asian inspired small plates, Robata grills, sushi and sashimi, exquisitely crafted in the open kitchen and raw bar.
Located on level 60 at 22 Bishopsgate, Lucky Cat by Gordon Ramsay offers breath taking, unparalleled views across the city.
What you do as a Senior Sushi Chef:
- You manage the day to day sushi operation within the restaurant alongside the Executive Sushi Chef
- You ensure the highest standards of preparation and delivery of sushi across the restaurant and sushi counter as well as effective communication across all sections of the kitchen
- You lead, develop, and motivate the team in order to develop the skill level and confidence of the brigade
- Youre a clear communicator and an excellent team player
- Youre passionate about delivering high quality sushi and keen to progress your career
