What you'll be doing:
路Producing detailed Tekla models and drawings in line with project requirements.
路Leading and managing a small team of Tekla Technicians, ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
路Working closely with engineers and designers to develop structural solutions.
路Staying at the forefront of Tekla software updates and industry best practices.
What you'll need:
路A qualification in Civil/Structural Engineering or similar (HNC/Bachelor's).
路Proven Tekla Structures experience (steel and concrete ideally, though strong experience in one material is fine).
路Previous experience leading or managing a team of technicians.
路Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and construction practices.
路Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, team-first approach.
路Confidence handling multiple projects and deadlines.
