Carry out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across electrical systems and building plant (e.g. lighting, BMS, motors, inverters, UPS, and LV distribution).
Monitor and respond to BMS alarms and ensure all building systems are running optimally.
Complete fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs with minimal disruption to site operations.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and maintain relevant documentation (e.g. EICs and Minor Works Certificates).
Support emergency response procedures including power failures and system resets.
Liaise with contractors and site staff to ensure works are delivered safely and effectively.
Maintain shift logs and handovers to ensure operational continuity.
