About the Role:

As a Shift Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining all building services and systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. Working as part of a skilled team, you'll support both planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks across electrical and mechanical systems.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out PPMs and reactive maintenance on HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems

  • Fault finding and repairs on a range of building services equipment

  • Liaise with clients and onsite teams to ensure service excellence

  • Maintain accurate records of work completed

  • Ensure all work is carried out in line with health and safety protocols



Requirements:

  • Recognised Electrical or Mechanical qualification (Level 3 or equivalent)

  • Experience in a commercial or critical environment is a plus

  • Strong fault-finding skills across M&E systems

  • Good communication and team-working skills

  • Right to work in the UK
