Shift Leader - Facilities Management
Location: Liverpool Street, London
Salary: 58,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: Continental Shift (Days & Nights)

We're looking for an experienced Shift Leader to join a prestigious site near Liverpool Street. This is a great opportunity to lead a team in a critical environment with a leading FM service provider.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of engineers on shift, ensuring high standards in maintenance and service delivery.
Oversee all aspects of critical and non-critical systems, including fault diagnosis and escalation.
Manage PPMs, reactive maintenance, and ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations.
Carry out HV/LV switching (training can be provided if not already appointed person).
Take ownership of shift handovers, documentation, and performance management.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a Shift Leader or supervisory role within a critical environment (e.g., data centres, financial institutions, hospitals).
HV experience essential - ideally HV qualified or previously held AP status.
Recognised technical qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
