The Role - Supply Teacher:

Supply Teachers will deliver pre-planned lessons to cover staff absences
No marking or planning required - ideal for work-life balance
The Supply Teacher will have full flexibility to choose days and year groups
Long-term and short-term bookings available for reliable Supply Teachers
Perfect role for experienced Supply Teachers or ECTs looking to build classroom experience

Candidate Requirements:

QTS required - we welcome both experienced Supply Teachers and newly qualified ECTs
The Supply Teacher should have a proactive and positive classroom approach
Must be confident managing behaviour and adapting quickly to new environments
The ideal Supply Teacher will have a professional attitude and flexible mindset
Strong communication and organisational skills are essential for a Supply Teacher
