Position: Supply Teacher

About the Role
We are seeking passionate and adaptable Supply Teachers to work across a network of welcoming primary schools in Lambeth. This is an ideal opportunity for qualified teachers who thrive on variety and enjoy working in different school environments while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
As a Supply Teacher, you'll deliver engaging and well-structured lessons that inspire pupils and support their academic progress. You'll have access to excellent support from our partner schools and a dedicated consultant who understands your teaching preferences and strengths.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (depending on your experience).
Ensure continuity of learning during teacher absences.
Manage the classroom effectively and maintain a positive learning environment.
Follow school policies and collaborate with staff to ensure consistency.
Candidate Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential.
Previous classroom experience in a primary school setting.
Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
Flexibility, reliability, and enthusiasm for teaching.
