The role involves various administrative tasks, including office coordination, diary management, and guest interactions.
Candidates should have proven experience as a PA/EA/Team Assistant, strong organizational skills, and excellent attention to detail.
Fluency in Italian and a friendly, proactive attitude are essential for this position.
The salary for this role is up to £50k, depending on experience, plus a discretionary bonus.

A boutique investment firm is looking for a proactive Italian speaking Team PA to support their successful and busy team in the West End.WHAT YOU’LL DOThis is a varied and fast paced Team PA role with lots going on, so you’ll be the kind of person who enjoys keeping on their toes and using their initiative! Typical duties include:

Supporting the team with administrative tasks
Day-to-day office coordination and management
Meeting and greeting guests to the office
Processing expenses and raising invoices
Assisting with diary management
Booking team travel
Assist with scheduling conferences and away days
Assist with day-to-day office upkeep and maintaining a well-presented office

WHO YOU AREA PA/EA/Team Assistant with proven experience supporting a busy team, strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.Essential requirements:

Fluent Italian speaker
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Calm under pressure and discreet
Proactive, friendly personality with a ‘can-do’ attitude
