An award-winning and highly respected commercial property investment and development company with an impressive portfolio of large buildings across Central London, is looking for an an experienced and confident Team PA to provide support to a team of senior managers in a busy and fast paced department. Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail is crucial along with the ability to cope under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Overview:
- Role: Team PA
- Salary: Up to £49,000
- Location: Mayfair
The Team PA will be responsible for:
- Overseeing diary management for the team ensuring efficient and effective use is made of the team’s time.
- Scheduling meetings and appointments, both internal and external, often with high profile visitors - complex diary management is a significant element of the role.
- Producing presentations for Board meetings, team presentations or high-profile meetings using Indesign / Canva.
- Assisting with any corporate events / committee boards the team are involved with.
The Ideal Team PA will have at least 3 years experience as a Team PA, Personal Assistant, Team Secretary, Team Administrator or Team Assistant ideally within Property (not essential).Benefits include:
