What You’ll Be Doing- Making outbound calls to warm and cold leads
- Identifying customer needs and explaining our claims services
- Guiding customers through the claims qualification process
- Achieving daily and weekly sales targets
- Maintaining accurate, compliant records of customer interactions
- Previous telesales or call-centre experience (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently from home
- Basic IT skills and access to a quiet workspace
- Full remote working
