- Using the lead database, contact potential customers via phone to introduce the companies products/services.
- Set up qualified meetings either face to face or via Teams video for the field sales team
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Work closely with your assigned Field Sales Representative to align on targets and strategies.
- To work towards your set KPI’s which are subject to change depending on business needs
- Previous experience in appointment setting, telesales or lead generation is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a target driven environment.
- Experience using CRM software
