We are looking for an experienced Trade Counter Sales Assistant to join our faced paced, friendly and dynamic team.
Responsibilities include:
- Serving customers by phone and in person
- Dealing with customer queries
- Taking telephone orders and making calls to customers
- Processing orders and quotations
- Assisting in stock replenishment on the shop floor
- Assisting with deliveries in and out of the store
- Other sales related duties
- Ordering goods
Person Specification:
- Excellent customer service
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
- Able to work on own initiative
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good command of the English language (written and spoken)
- Excellent telephone manner
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
