Our client, a leading firm are offering a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Trade Mark Formalities Officer to become an integral part of their IP team. This role will primarily focus on managing trade mark and design renewals, as well as maintaining and updating global registrations, with the chance to support across the broader IP records lifecycle.

Duties will include, but not limited to:-

  • Manage trade mark and design renewals and recordals globally.
  • Maintain accurate records and track deadlines using internal systems.
  • Support wider Registry Services tasks and step in during team absences.
  • Identify process improvements and help implement tech solutions (e.g. Equinox).
  • Prepare cost estimates for filings, renewals, and updates.
  • Keep up with global IP maintenance rules and share key updates.
  • Liaise with clients, agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Organise and file incoming post and emails promptly.
