About the Role:
As a Trainee Estimator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the pre-construction team. You will learn how to:

Analyse drawings, specifications, and project documents

Assist in preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates

Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers

Understand the full lifecycle of major construction projects
Full training will be provided, and the company will sponsor your construction-related University degree while you gain invaluable on-the-job experience.
Ideal Candidate:

A keen interest in the construction industry

Strong numeracy and analytical skills

A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude

A-Levels, BTEC, or equivalent qualifications (suitable for University entry)
