Job Title: Transformation Director (Data and AI)
Location: London / Hybrid
Type: 6 - 12 month contract
Rate: 700 - 750 per day - Outside iR35
We're seeking a strategic Transformation Director to lead high-impact change across our clients Tech and Data business. This role will drive the design and delivery of transformation initiatives that support growth, improve operational performance, and future-proof the organization with a focus on Technology initiatives, Data and Artificial Intelligence strategy.
You'll work closely with senior leadership to align transformation priorities with business goals, ensuring effective execution and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Data and AI transformation programmes
- Partner with leadership to define and drive strategic priorities
- Identify opportunities for improvement across processes, technology, and structure
- Oversee change management, stakeholder engagement, and communication plans
- Track progress and impact through clear KPIs and reporting
