ABOUT THE ROLE
As UX and AI Learning Lead, you will get the opportunity to enable our community of social workers, professional services staff and other users across the organisation in getting the most out of our new technology investments across the charity, including generative AI.

As we embark on a 3-year digital transformation programme, you will play a pivotal role in testing new systems, developing engaging training material, facilitating workshops, and ensuring user experience is considered throughout.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • Leading the change adoption of new digital systems, ensuring training and support plans are in place
  • Working with project teams to ensure user experience is a key consideration as we scale our systems and digital capabilities.
  • Delivering training sessions and workshops to enable key stakeholders across the organisation
  • Showcasing the opportunities and use-cases for AI and other technologies
  • Working with colleagues to support the development of business cases for new technologies

WHAT WILL I NEED?

  • Experience of best practice change adoption, creation, preparation and delivery of training to users
  • Good understanding of user experience (UX) principles and concepts
  • An understanding and interest in generative AI, and the opportunities and use-cases for organisations
  • Exceptional storytelling, communication, and presentation skills
