The ideal candidate will develop and execute innovative strategies to transform customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Description
As VP Customer Success:
- Develop and implement customer success strategies to increase customer satisfaction and onboarding.
- Lead, manage and expand the CS department.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Analyse customer data to improve customer experiences and satisfaction.
- Manage customer success activities and track their effectiveness.
- Advocate for the voice of the customer within the company.
- Drive customer success outcomes by increasing renewal rates and reducing churn.
- Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction and overall health scores.
Profile
As the VP Customer Success:
- You must be able to demonstrate strong understanding of B2B Software or IT solutions into the Manufacturing sector
- You will have a background working in SME, high growth technology businesses
- Are able to demonstrate experience leading a global Customer Success teams
- You have a proven leadership background in managing remotely based teams
- You have experience with the on-boarding and integration of clients, as well as the ongoing customer optimisation and growth
- You have a background in the development and implementation of customer success strategies on a global scale
- You will be customer centric, data led with a commercial growth focus
- You will happy to work remotely and can be based in UK and Europe.
