We're seeking a strategic and customer-focused VP Customer Success to lead and expand their SAAS solutions into the client base, both on-boarding new clients and nurturing existing ones. The ideal candidate will develop and execute innovative strategies to transform customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Description

As VP Customer Success:

  • Develop and implement customer success strategies to increase customer satisfaction and onboarding.
  • Lead, manage and expand the CS department.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Analyse customer data to improve customer experiences and satisfaction.
  • Manage customer success activities and track their effectiveness.
  • Advocate for the voice of the customer within the company.
  • Drive customer success outcomes by increasing renewal rates and reducing churn.
  • Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction and overall health scores.

Profile

As the VP Customer Success:

  • You must be able to demonstrate strong understanding of B2B Software or IT solutions into the Manufacturing sector
  • You will have a background working in SME, high growth technology businesses
  • Are able to demonstrate experience leading a global Customer Success teams
  • You have a proven leadership background in managing remotely based teams
  • You have experience with the on-boarding and integration of clients, as well as the ongoing customer optimisation and growth
  • You have a background in the development and implementation of customer success strategies on a global scale
  • You will be customer centric, data led with a commercial growth focus
  • You will happy to work remotely and can be based in UK and Europe.
