About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Wet Multi Trader for our client in the social housing sector. This temporary position involves a range of maintenance tasks, including plumbing, tiling, and general repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct plumbing repairs and installations.
- Perform tiling and flooring work.
- Carry out general maintenance tasks.
- Assess and diagnose issues in properties.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Fitting full kitcehsn & bathrooms
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Wet Multi Trader, preferably in social housing.
- Relevant plumbing, Plastering, Painting qualfications.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Valid driving license.
