We are seeking a committed Youth Mentor to join a specialist Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) SEN school in Wandsworth this September. This is a fulfilling, high-impact role supporting a fantastic group of young people who have faced challenges in mainstream education.

Position Details:
  • 1 x Behaviour Mentor - working with KS4 students (ages 14-16)

  • All-boys SEMH school - majority of students have ADHD or mild Autism

  • Focus: Providing both academic and mental health support

  • Class sizes: 8 students per class

  • Pay: £95-£100 per day, based on experience (we will advocate for top rates for the right fit)

  • Pay review: Scheduled at October half-term

About You:
  • Resilient, compassionate, and passionate about supporting students' mental health and wellbeing

  • Strong behaviour management skills

  • Ideally experienced in SEN settings or youth/social work

  • Team Teach training is a big bonus
