Are you an experienced fundraiser with a proven track record of securing major gifts and building lasting relationships with high-net-worth individuals? This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing fundraising team and play a pivotal role in shaping a high-value giving programme.

About the Role
As Philanthropy Manager, you will lead on cultivating and stewarding relationships with individuals capable of making significant contributions. You'll manage a portfolio of donors and prospects, developing tailored strategies to inspire and secure gifts at the five- and six-figure level. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on networking, influencing and creating compelling cases for support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Personally manage a portfolio of high-value donors and prospects.
  • Develop and deliver bespoke stewardship plans that deepen engagement and maximise impact.
  • Create and present persuasive fundraising proposals for 5- and 6-figure gifts.
  • Research and cultivate new relationships to grow the major donor pipeline.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional donor experiences and events.

About You

  • Demonstrable success in securing major gifts from individuals.
  • Skilled in networking and building strong, trust-based relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creative, strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
