Overview
Are you handy with tools and not afraid to wrestle a broken pallet into submission? Do you enjoy the smell of wood and victory? We're on the lookout for a Pallet Repair Technician - someone who can bring damaged pallets back to life like a woodworking wizard.
No magic powers required - just a good attitude and we'll teach you the rest.
What You'll Be Doing (AKA Your Quest)
- Inspect damaged pallets with the intensity of a detective on a TV drama
- Fix them up using handheld tools like a total boss
- Stick to safety rules - because nobody looks cool with a bandaged thumb
- Hit those KPIs like you're levelling up in a game
- Work solo or team up with your fellow pallet warriors
- Show up on time (we don’t do fashionably late here)
You’re Our Type If You...
- Have repaired things before - whether it’s a pallet or your mate’s dodgy coffee table
- Know how to use tools without accidentally fixing the wrong thing
- Have eagle eyes for detail and a brain that loves solving problems
- Can talk to people without mumbling (bonus points if you have a sense of humour)
- Are reliable, punctual, and don’t ghost your job
