Job Title: Gardener - Maintenance Gardening (Large Residential & Commercial Properties)
Location: Ealing, London W5

We are a professional maintenance gardening company based in Ealing, London W5, specialising in the care of large residential estates and commercial grounds. Renowned for our quality, reliability, and attention to detail, we take great pride in the standard of our work and the satisfaction of our clients.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Gardener to join our team on a temporary basis, with the potential to become a permanent member of staff. The role involves maintaining a variety of high-end properties, ensuring all gardens and green spaces are kept to an exceptional standard.

• General grounds maintenance, including lawn mowing, strimming, hedge cutting, and pruning

• Safe and effective use of gardening tools and machinery (e.g. lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, strimmers)

• Working independently or as part of a team to complete scheduled tasks

• Communicating professionally with residents, clients, and property managers

• Ensuring a tidy, safe, and organised working environment

• Carrying out planting, weeding, and other seasonal horticultural duties (plant knowledge is advantageous but not essential)

• Taking pride in delivering high-quality, well-finished work

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar gardening or grounds maintenance role

• A full UK driving licence and experience operating vans

• Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic

• Physical fitness and willingness to carry out manual work in all weather conditions

• Good time management and the ability to work well under pressure

• A friendly and approachable manner, with confidence in dealing with residents and clients

• A team-oriented approach and a desire to develop professionally within the company

• Basic horticultural or planting knowledge

• Relevant qualifications or certificates in horticulture or grounds maintenance
