Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct gas servicing, inspections, and safety checks, adhering to Gas Safe regulations.
- Efficiently diagnose and repair gas appliance faults, ensuring residents' comfort and safety.
- Maintain accurate records of service visits and reports.
- Deliver top-notch customer service, addressing tenant inquiries courteously and professionally.
- Collaborate seamlessly with our team to exceed service level agreements.
Qualifications and Qualities:
- Gas Safe Registration is mandatory.
- Proven experience in gas servicing and maintenance, ideally within the social housing sector.
