Do you hold a Level 3 Plumbing Qualification?

Are you a Plumber looking to move off the tools into a rewarding role where you can support and develop the next generation of Plumbing and Gas apprentices?

This leading education provider is renowned for delivering high-quality apprenticeship training and outstanding learner support. Their Plumbing department is expanding rapidly, working with a wide network of employers across the region. They take pride in selecting motivated, capable apprentices who consistently progress into excellent careers within the plumbing, heating, and gas industries.

In this role, you will work directly with employers and apprentices to support them throughout their learning journey. You'll help source suitable placements, schedule college attendance, conduct apprentice reviews, assess workplace evidence against National Occupational Standards, and ensure learners receive the guidance they need to succeed. Full training will be provided to help you transition smoothly into the role.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Plumbing and Heating Engineer, ideally with experience working independently or managing your own workload. You will need an NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing or advanced craft and ideally Gas safe qualifications.

The Role:
*Support apprentices and employers throughout the apprenticeship programme
*Complete reviews, assess evidence, and validate skills gaps
*Full training and development provided

*Travel to employer sites as required

The Person:
*Qualified Plumber with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
*Gas Safe qualified - CCN1 and CENWAT (not essential)
*Self-employed experience beneficial but not essential
*Strong organisation and communication skills
