My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented HR Data Project Manager on a Contract basis.
My client are seeking an experienced HR Project Manager with a strong background in data-led process improvement and a solid working knowledge of Oracle HR systems.

- Salary: 500 per Day, Inside IR35

About the role:
Based in Greater London (Hybrid):
- Lead HR-related projects with a focus on data process improvement and service efficiency
- Conduct end-to-end reviews of how HR data is captured, stored, accessed, and utilised
- Analyse data usage from top to bottom to uncover insights, trends, and areas for improvement
- Review current Oracle HR system processes and propose enhancements to workflows and reporting
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
- Extensive experience in a similar role
- Proven experience as a HR Project Manager or HR Business Analyst with project delivery responsibility
- Strong experience using Oracle HR systems, particularly for process reviews or optimisation
- Local Authority experience is essential
