Description

• Perform detailed quality control reviews of high-risk client onboarding files to ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Validate enhanced due diligence (EDD), source of wealth, and complex ownership structures.
• Liaise with onboarding and compliance teams to resolve red flags and escalate suspicious activity.
• Maintain robust audit trails and contribute to process improvements for high-risk workflows.
• Ensure adherence to AML, CDD, and sanctions screening requirements for high-risk profiles.

Profile

A successful QC Analyst should have:

• A strong understanding of compliance and quality control processes, preferably within the property industry.
• Experience in conducting audits and producing detailed reports.
• Proficiency in analysing data and identifying trends or discrepancies.
