What you'll do:
- Learn the full recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing candidates to managing client relationships
- Speak with clients to understand their hiring needs
- Proactively source, interview, and match candidates to suitable roles
- Build and manage your own network of clients and candidates
- Achieve targets and earn uncapped commission on successful placements
What we're looking for:
- A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Previous sales, customer service, or telesales experience is a bonus - but not essential
- Recent graduates or individuals seeking a career change are encouraged to apply
