About the role:

  • Preparing equipment and chemicals for experiments across Biology, Chemistry and Physics
  • Maintaining safe and organised prep rooms and laboratories
  • Supporting teachers with practical demonstrations during lessons
  • Ensuring COSHH and health & safety guidelines are followed at all times
  • Managing stock levels, placing orders, and handling deliveries

About you:

  • Previous experience in a science lab or as a technician (education or industry)
  • Strong understanding of lab safety, especially around chemicals and equipment
  • Well-organised, punctual and a great team player
  • Confident using ICT to support stocktaking and lesson preparation
  • Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply
