My Local Authority Client in London is looking to source an experienced Principal Planning Officer to join their Development Management team, focusing on strategic applications and Planning Performance Agreement (PPA) cases.

The Role:
This is a senior-level role where you will be managing complex and high-profile strategic planning applications, including PPA cases, often involving significant stakeholder engagement and cross-departmental collaboration.
You must have a strong track record of handling large-scale or sensitive applications and be confident in negotiating with applicants and agents at a senior level.
Experience working within a London Borough and on urban regeneration or major mixed-use schemes is highly desirable.

Ideally, the successful candidate will attend the office on a weekly basis, but flexibility may be available for the right person.
