Content Designer- London/Remote- 11 Months- £34-£39 ph PAYE
A global technology company are looking for an experienced Content Designer to join their team on an initial 6 month assignment. The successful candidate will design and deliver product flows, new features, in- product language, content frameworks and more.
Responsibilities:
- Design, write, edit and test clear, compelling in- product language to help users and teams meet their goals, This includes product flows, interface language, education materials, product names, navigational nomenclature, terminology and other content across products and experiences
- Apply systems thinking to the product, such as conducting audits of existing experiences and helping to build products that can scale to broad audiences
- Give and solicit feedback from your UX design peers in service of building the best products
- Contribute to projects in ways that enhance clarity and usability of product experiences and guide teams towards solving the most important problems
- Edit and contribute to designs and content using Figma and other tools
- Collaborate daily with peers across disciplines
Skills/ Experience:
- 5+ years experience of Content Design
- 3+ years experience in UX writing
- Strong writing skills, with experience of working with content standards and other internal guidance
- Ability to co- author design mocks using design tools (Figma)
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex ideas to broad audiences
- Experience with design systems and systems thinking
