The Studio

A dynamic, creative studio just moments from Regent’s Park, our client is a boutique property and development agency. They provide investors, developers, and landowners throughout the UK and overseas with specialist end-to-end acquisition and disposal consultancy services. Working alongside a senior designer and marketing specialist, your work will directly shape how the brand is seen and experienced.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Designer with at least three years’ in-house marketing and/or design experience. Property industry knowledge is an advantage but not essential.

This role sits within the EO Marketing Team, where you’ll be responsible for producing striking brochures, digital campaigns, and social media content that elevate the brand in a competitive marketplace. It’s a hands-on role requiring strong design skills, an eye for typography and colour, and the ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visuals.

You’ll thrive if you’re collaborative, proactive under pressure, and bring a positive, problem-solving approach.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Brochures & Print Design

  • Produce high-quality brochures, pitch documents, and marketing details in line with brand guidelines.
  • Apply strong principles of typography, colour, and layout.
  • Create infographics and custom maps in Adobe Illustrator.
  • Retouch and enhance imagery in Photoshop.
  • Write clear, engaging copy for area and neighbourhood descriptions.
  • Design flyers and print advertising materials.
  • Support day-to-day marketing and ad-hoc design needs.

2. Digital Marketing Design

  • Develop digital assets from concept to delivery, including Mailchimp campaigns.
  • Design banners, graphics, and promotional materials for online use.

3. Social Media Content Creation

  • Create engaging motion graphics and short-form videos aligned with brand identity.
  • Optimise content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok, adapting to platform-specific formats.
  • Edit raw footage into polished, on-brand videos.

4. Website, Portals & Database

  • (Beneficial) Manage and update WordPress CMS content.
  • Maintain contact lists and databases via Mailchimp and CRM systems.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Strong typography and colour theory expertise.
  • (Advantageous) Experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects for motion graphics and video.
  • Portfolio of high-quality, relevant design work (required at interview).
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
  • Able to multitask, prioritise, and adapt with a professional, calm approach.
  • Proactive problem-solver who asks the right questions.
  • A collaborative team player, happy to support wider office activities.
  • Honest, reliable, and able to integrate seamlessly into a close-knit team.
