Sonic Summary

We are seeking a Senior Content Designer with strong communication skills and a background in user-centered design and digital delivery teams.
The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience and offers a competitive salary, with the position falling inside IR35 regulations.
Key responsibilities include mentoring content colleagues, writing user stories, and leading content projects to ensure quality and successful delivery.
Candidates should have previous experience working with Government Digital Services (GDS) and be able to engage with the cross-government community.
This contract requires one day per week onsite and involves collaborating closely with various project stakeholders and teams.

Please note this role falls inside IR35 and will require one day per week onsite.

Take responsibility for content quality and mentor content colleagues.
Write and map user stories
Previous experience working with GDS (Government Digital Services)
Review the work of others to assure quality
Lead on content projects, supporting the successful delivery of schemes.
Promote the content design discipline.
Engage with the cross-government community.
Stay updated on industry changes.
Create and maintain content in multiple projects. Work with the project team and stakeholders.
Set content design scope for products and services. Work closely with User Centred Design team, Business Analysts, the Project Manager, and stakeholders.
Support clear and efficient ways to work for User Centred Design.
Lead content design activities on projects across environmental and social schemes.
