Our client is an independent London based creative agency who work within the sports and fitness arena are currently looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join their expanding team. They are work hybrid, 3 days remote / 2 in the office. Due to growth they are strengthening their Creative team and excited to recruit a Senior Graphic Designer to join us as soon as possible. This new role will report directly to the Creative Director and play a key part in shaping impactful, visually compelling work for some of the world’s most influential sports and fitness brands.

RoleAs a Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll take a lead role in shaping and delivering bold, impactful brand identities and campaigns for some of the world’s biggest sports organisations. With strong branding and visual communication, you’ll push creative boundaries, set the standard for design excellence, and mentor junior team members, helping to elevate the agency’s reputation for delivering world-class creative in sport.

Key ResponsibilitiesBranding & Campaigns

  • Develop and execute brand identities, campaign creative, and design systems that resonate with global sports audiences.
  • Lead the visual direction of projects, ensuring brand consistency and exceptional execution across all channels.
  • Create design concepts for digital, print, environmental, and event applications.
  • Work closely with copywriters, filmmakers, strategists, and other creatives to deliver integrated campaigns and storytelling.
  • Ensure all creative output is audience-focused, strategically aligned, and on-brand.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering a high-performance creative culture.
  • Help manage external freelance design resource where needed.
  • Confidently present ideas and creative work to clients, gaining buy-in at the highest level.
  • Build trust with stakeholders through clear communication and design expertise.
  • Ensure concepts are executed to the highest standards, from initial visuals through to final delivery.
  • Keep the agency at the forefront of creative and technological trends in branding and design.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in a sports or agency environment but not essential
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, visual identity, and campaign design.
  • Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and AI-assisted design tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creative excellence.
  • Knowledge of sports culture and the ability to design work that resonates with global audiences.
