Interim IT Change Management Specialist

Location: London, hybrid

Contract role: 4 months, possible extension

A leading global FTSE-listed organisation is seeking an experienced IT Change Management Specialist to be involved in change management activities for a comprehensive IT integration program between two companies.

This roles will support the IT Change Management Lead in planning, assessing. and implementing change management activities to ensure employee adoption of the change and alignment with overall program objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the IT Change Management Lead, IT technical leads, and Project Managers to coordinate and assess the scale and assess the scale and impact on change on employees.
  • Assist in designing change approaches, including communication and training plans, to support the adoption of changes.
  • Develop and coordinate delivery of communication and training assets related to the change management plan, such as email templates, guides, and other materials.
  • Support, coordinate, and implement the roll-out of planned change management activities, ensuring effective change adoption and alignment with overall program plans.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of change management activities, and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful adoption of changes.
  • Develop and present stakeholder meetings, workshops, and other events.

Skills:

  • Experience as a Change Management Specialist or in a similar role is welcomed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to effectively modify approaches to suit changing circumstances or requirements.
  • Understanding of business needs and their correlation to end-user needs, with a focus on technology changes.
  • Experience in change management within complex programs with multiple stakeholder groups is welcomed.
  • Knowledge of how people experience and respond to change, particularly in the context of technology and IT process changes, is welcomed.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft 365 tools.
