Shift Pattern:
- Shifts run 2:30am - 11:00am
- Rota runs from Monday to Sunday
- Must be available to work at least 3 out of 5 shifts a week
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a Baker in a high-end hotel, restaurant, or bakery
- Food Safety level 2 and Health and Safety level 2 certification (or willingness to complete our free courses)
- Strong skills in bread and viennoiserie production
- Professional, reliable, and passionate about the art of baking
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining exceptional standards
- Ready to start immediately with consistent weekly availability
