Role Overview:
As a handyman with us, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of repair and maintenance services. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and deliver excellent results on time. Key Responsibilities:
General property maintenance (e.g., fixing leaks, repairing doors, and windows, painting, and plastering)
Assembling and installing furniture and fixtures
Performing basic electrical and plumbing tasks (if qualified)
Conducting repairs and maintenance tasks around the home or office
Working with a variety of tools and equipment safely
Communicating with clients to ensure their needs are met
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Managing time effectively to complete jobs to a high standard and within deadlines
Requirements:
Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar trade
Strong knowledge of building maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
Good problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills with customers and colleagues
Full UK driving license (essential)
Own tools and transport (preferable)
CSCS card (preferable)
