We're currently seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to join a well-established property team based in Richmond (TW9). This is a full-time, permanent position with a Monday-Friday schedule and a salary range of £28,000-£35,000, depending on your level of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out a variety of general maintenance and repair tasks across residential and/or commercial properties

  • Basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and decorating

  • Responding to reactive maintenance requests in a timely manner

  • Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard

  • Maintaining records of completed work and reporting any issues

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a handyman or maintenance role (all levels considered)

  • Good general knowledge of building repairs and maintenance

  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude

  • Right to work in the UK
