Sonic Summary

We are seeking a versatile Multi Trader to perform housing maintenance services in the East London and Southend areas.
The role involves conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties and responding promptly to client requests.
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and possess a full clean driving license.
The position offers a salary of up to £36,000 per annum, along with additional benefits such as a van, fuel, and an annual bonus.
Employees also enjoy 23 days of annual holiday, increasing to a maximum of 5 days after one year of service, along with various perks and rewards for long service.

We are looking for an all round Multi Trader. Work is in the east London and south end area to carry out all aspects of housing maintenance (not M&E) services to our clients at a high quality standard.Responsibilities:

Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
Responding promptly to maintenance requests from our client.
Ensuring all work are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair.
Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.
