Contract Type: Temp to Perm 

Hours: 42.5 Hours per week - Mon to Fri 

Hourly Rate: £20.50 PH CIS (Weekly Pay) 

Report to: Supervisor 

Area: Ealing 

Van & Fuel card provided for business use 

Build Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced floor layer to join a national social housing contractor. 

Duties

-  You will be responsible for laying and finishing a variety of floor coverings in residential occupied properties (cap & cover, vinyl etc) 

- Completing tasks in line with deadlines 

All applicants must have a NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in floor laying and must hold a full UK drivers license. 

You will also have excellent customer service skills
