Looking to recruit a Floor Layer to join a leading property services company undertaking repairs and maintenance works around Westminster
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out responsive maintenance repairs to both occupied and void properties
- Fit vinyl floor to wet floor shower rooms and kitchens with a requirement for general carpet fitting also
- You'll receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training)
- Working efficiently and safety in line with best practise to achieve excellent customer experience.
Requirements:
- Must hold a full UK driving licence as a company vehicle will be provided
- Hold a relevant trade City and Guilds Craft qualification or NVQ2
- Customer focused with experience of social housing/ repairs
