Looking to recruit a Floor Layer to join a leading property services company undertaking repairs and maintenance works around Westminster

Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out responsive maintenance repairs to both occupied and void properties
  • Fit vinyl floor to wet floor shower rooms and kitchens with a requirement for general carpet fitting also
  • You'll receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training)
  • Working efficiently and safety in line with best practise to achieve excellent customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a full UK driving licence as a company vehicle will be provided
  • Hold a relevant trade City and Guilds Craft qualification or NVQ2
  • Customer focused with experience of social housing/ repairs
