Are you a skilled and reliable floor layer looking for your next challenge in central London? We are seeking an experienced Floor Layer to join our team and work on exciting projects in SE11 and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Lay a variety of flooring materials including carpets, vinyl, laminate, and wood.
  • Prepare subfloors by cleaning, levelling, and smoothing.
  • Measure and cut flooring materials to fit rooms and spaces.
  • Ensure flooring is installed to a high standard of quality and in line with client specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Communicate with clients and team members to ensure jobs are completed on time.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a floor layer, with a portfolio of completed projects.
  • Strong knowledge of various flooring materials and installation techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Own tools and equipment preferred, but not essential.
  • CSCS card
  • Previous experience in both domestic and commercial projects is a plus.
