Contract: Full-Time, Variable Shifts (including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to support the management and leadership of a Children’s Residential Home. Working under the Registered Manager, you will help oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensure high standards of care, and support a team of residential staff.
This role operates on a variable shift pattern across all 7 days of the week. Please note that a fixed pattern is not available, and flexibility is essential.
Requirements:-
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare – Essential

Full UK Driving Licence – Strongly Favourable

Experience in a supervisory role within a children’s residential setting

Excellent communication, leadership, and safeguarding knowledge

Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
