About the Role

As School Business Manager, you will provide strategic leadership and operational management across key areas including:

  • Finance - managing budgets, bank accounts, and financial returns while ensuring compliance with regulations.

  • Human Resources - overseeing payroll, recruitment, staffing structures, and staff records.

  • Premises & Health and Safety - maintaining a safe, compliant environment and managing insurance, risk assessments, and fire safety.

You'll work closely with the Headteacher and senior leaders to support strategic planning, lead non-curriculum projects, and help the school achieve its goals.

About You
